WHAT TO EXPECT

You will be guided through various healing tools and techniques, including Pranayama and Qigong-inspired movements and practices to clear the energy field. Following this, you will engage in a 1-hour conscious connected breathing session designed to connect to inner journey and to release stress and emotions.

This breathing practice is one of the most powerful accelerated healing techniques you can practice to move stuck energy, blockages, and stress in the body. You may feel tingling sensations as energy flows through your body, connect the consciousness to the subconsciousness, and increase vibrational levels in your system.

The sound healing at the end will help you integrate the experience and leave you with a sense of lightness and healing.
